Motivation
This week the ‘head of techniques’ of Gurukul, lost all his digital documentation he once gained by workshops from Scandinavian people. They invested a lot in him, but somehow without result, now the last left information has gone. His pc crashed, never made a back up for the library here.
He is not the man to share with others, to bring others in knowledge, not open to new ideas. He should act as the leader, the kind of authority who motivates the youngers, but he reach the opposed by his behavior. Due to this mind it is very difficult to work with him.
One of the young people is a very curious, open and integer person. The last day’s we shared a lot about cultural differences and the way Nepali people work. I learn a lot of him about how people here can think.
Yesterday night, after a very hard day, he brought me in to a clear and simple fact: actually these people are actors, and their mind is going to acting. Not to improve on techniques.
It sometimes makes me depressed, I am afraid that the same will happen with my investment what happened to de information on the pc.
Next week workshops will be about some leadership; and about the how to invest in a safe and efficient environment, and the time you safe with it. Nice time left for acting.
